- Around 9:30 AM, start full-day Kathmandu sightseeing
- Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple) – sacred Buddhist stupa atop a hill, panoramic view of Kathmandu Valley
- Kathmandu Durbar Square – historic royal palace complex (Malla and Shah dynasties), ancient temples and courtyards, UNESCO World Heritage Site
- Evening free for leisure at Thamel – explore local markets, cafés, and vibrant nightlife

- Breakfast at hotel
- Around 9:30 AM, drive towards Nagarkot
- Bhaktapur Durbar Square – ancient city of Bhaktapur, Newari culture and medieval architecture, former royal palace of Malla kings
- Nepali Traditional Suspension Bridge (Rani Jhula) – 250m suspension bridge at Danda, scenic views
- Continue drive to Nagarkot
- Check-in at hotel and enjoy evening leisure with mountain views
