Introduction

Welcome to Flyger Holidays. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

"Company," "we," "our," or "us" refers to Flyger Holidays Limited.

"User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual accessing or using our platform.

"Platform" means the Flyger Holidays website, mobile applications, and any associated services.

"Services" refers to travel bookings, including flights, hotels, holiday packages, visa assistance, and any other services offered on the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies or notices posted on the Platform.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old. You agree to use the app in accordance with these terms and provide only true and accurate information when booking services. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you are responsible for informing that person of these terms and conditions.

4. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Payments must be made in full using the approved payment methods at the time of booking.

Flyger Holidays reserves the right to cancel bookings for which full payment has not been received.

5. Cancellation, Refund, and Change Policies

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the policies of the respective service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels).

Flyger Holidays will facilitate cancellations or changes but is not liable for fees imposed by service providers.

Service fees charged by Flyger Holidays, if any, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process.

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with all terms of the service providers.

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Platform are the property of Flyger Holidays or its licensors. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, or used for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flyger Holidays shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform or services.

9. Third-Party Services

Flyger Holidays may integrate or provide access to third-party services. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party services, and your interactions with them are governed by their terms.

10. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

11. Modifications to Terms

Flyger Holidays Ltd is committed to providing a useful and efficient app experience. Flyger Holidays reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of those changes. Rest assured, we will never charge you without clearly informing you of any fees and the services they apply to.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka.

12. App Security & User Responsibility

The Flyger Holidays app stores and processes the personal data you provide to us in order to deliver our services. It is your responsibility to keep your device and access to the app secure. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device, which involves removing software restrictions imposed by the official operating system. Doing so may expose your device to malware, viruses, or malicious programs, compromise its security features, and cause the Flyger Holidays app to function improperly or not at all.

13. Service Response Time

Due to a high volume of inquiries, response times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

14. Deleting Your Flyger Holidays Account

You may delete your Flyger Holidays account at any time by navigating to: Profile > Manage Data > Delete Account in the Flyger Holidays app.

Once submitted, your account will be permanently deleted within 72 hours.

Please Note: If your data was collected via social media channels such as Facebook, you will need to delete that data through your Facebook account. For more details, please visit the relevant help section of Facebook.

Deleting your Flyger Holidays account will erase all associated information, including: Booking history, Favourite Guestlist, Saved cards, TripCoins, And other related data

You may re-register using the same email address and phone number. However, doing so will create a new user profile, and your previous account data will not be restored.

In case of deleting data collected from social media channels such as facebook, users have to delete data through their facebook account. For more details, user's can visit this link.

Important: Due to Covid-19, Airline has the authority to cancel and/or reschedule the flight at any time. The destination you're travelling to might be under the Covid-19 travel restriction. Please check health advisories before you travel. In case of cancellation/reschedule airline policy and FH convenience fee will be applicable.

Convenience Fee: A fee applied to customers for the support, ease, and added services provided through online/offline platforms.

15. Service Portfolio: Terms & Conditions

Flight

You can book flights to destinations all over the world using the Flyger Holidays app. Payments can be made using any local or international debit or credit card along with MFS Payments, digital wallets, etc.

Important for LCC Flights: For low-cost carriers (e.g., IndiGo Airlines, Salam Air, etc.), users are required to upload a copy of their valid passport, visa, and other necessary travel documents during ticket issuance. Failure to do so may result in ticket cancellation by the respective airline.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

  • Refunds are processed after deducting the Flyger Holidays service fee.
  • Refunds take a minimum of 10–12 bank working weeks, depending on the bank and airline policies.
  • This timeline is not applicable to non-refundable tickets.
  • Flyger Holidays's convenience fee is non-refundable for online bookings.
  • Ancillary services such as Baggage Protection, Travel Insurance, TripAdd, and TripOn are non-refundable.
  • For Bangladesh Biman, Saudia Airlines, and Air India (partial flight refunds), the refund processing time is a minimum of 12 bank working weeks, as per airline policies.

Additional Notes:

  • Flight date changes are subject to the respective airline's policies.
  • Cancellation and refund policies vary by airline.
  • In the event of airline-initiated cancellations, Flyger Holidays will not charge any additional fees.
  • For voluntary cancellations, standard charges apply as per the updated policy effective January 11, 2023.

*Cancellation, Refund & Re-issue Policy: At Flyger Holidays, we always adhere to the respective airline's refund and cancellation policies. Please note that airlines hold full authority to change their policies at any time, and Flyger Holidays has no control over such changes.

Important Notes:

  • Date Change for Children Turning Adults: If a child crosses the age threshold and qualifies as an adult (as per airline policy) on the new travel date, the fare difference, adult date change fee, and any applicable charges will be applied during the ticket re-issuance.
  • Refund/Cancellation/Date Change Queries: For any such queries, please email us at bookings@flygerholidays.com. Note: These services will only be processed after receiving written confirmation from the client.
  • Fare Revisions During Booking: If the airline increases the fare during the booking process, the client must pay the additional amount. If not, we will refund the amount already paid.

Check-in Timings:

  • International flights: Check-in counters close 1.5 hours before departure.
  • Domestic flights: Counters close 1 hour prior to departure.

Types of Ticket Actions:

Void: A void is the cancellation of a ticket on the same calendar day it was issued. Voiding is allowed by select airlines (excluding low-cost carriers). Only Flyger Holidays's service charge applies; no airline cancellation fees are incurred. Tickets must be voided within the same calendar day of purchase.

Refund: Refunds apply when a ticket is canceled after the purchase date. There are two types:

  • Voluntary Refund: Initiated by the passenger. Airline-imposed refund charges apply.
  • Involuntary Refund: Initiated by the airline (e.g., flight cancellation, major schedule change, technical issue). Eligible for a full refund, unless the disruption is due to force majeure events like bad weather, natural disasters, strikes, or security issues. Note: Airlines reserve the right to deny refunds for cancellations or delays caused by such uncontrollable events.

Re-issue: A re-issue is when you want to modify your existing ticket (e.g., change date or time). A re-issue fee and fare difference (if applicable) will be charged. All changes are subject to the respective airline's policy.

Group Bookings & Shared PNRs:

  • Successive Refund: When multiple passengers are under the same PNR and a refund is processed for one passenger, the PNR becomes eligible for successive refunds. This allows future refund requests for the remaining passengers. Without initiating a successive refund, others in the PNR cannot claim refunds later.
  • Successive Re-issue: Similar to refunds, if a change (e.g., date, name correction) is made for one passenger in a multi-passenger PNR, the entire booking is treated as a successive re-issue. This enables changes for other passengers in the same PNR. Without it, no further modifications will be permitted for others.

Auto Refund & Auto Void: Terms & Conditions:

  • Flyger Holidays customers can now claim Refund and Void automatically from App/Web
  • An airline refund charge will be applicable.
  • ST Convenience will be applicable.
  • The refund may take upto 4-6 weeks from the date of applying for an auto refund.
  • The company will refund the money exactly the way it was received. The Refund process will be the same as per the Payment modality.
  • However, claiming refunds for any purchases made through MFS (Mobile Financial Services) e.g. Bkash, Nagad, Rocket etc will incur a service/cash-out charge which has to be borne by the customer. The charge amount will vary according to the MFS availed during the purchase.
  • Refund applicable only on refundable travel services.
  • Refund modality will be as per the carrier, airlines, hotel, vendor, and service provider.
  • If the flight is within 24 hours of the refund application, a no-show charge will be applicable.
  • Payment void will not be applicable for flights on the same calendar date.
  • Payment void will not be applicable on Low-Cost Carrier flights like Jazeera Airways, Air Arabia, Air Asia, Indigo, SpiceJet etc.
  • Payment void will be made exactly the same way it was received.
  • Payment void may take upto 72 hours.
  • Refund Modality: The company will refund the money exactly the way it was received. The Refund process will be the same as per the Payment modality. However, claiming refunds for any purchases made through MFS (Mobile Financial Services) e.g. Bkash, Nagad, Rocket etc will incur a service/cash-out charge which has to be borne by the customer. The charge amount will vary according to the MFS availed during the purchase.
  • Fare Difference: Ticket issuance may take 24-48 hours. During this period, the tickets will remain in the booking state, and the airline may change the fare if the ticket has not yet been issued. Should the fare change, the customer will be responsible for paying the fare difference.

Important Notice! One-way & Round Trip flight ticket issuance:

  1. Please upload the accurate & proper Passport and Visa copy.
  2. When purchasing a ticket from Flyger Holidays, it is mandatory to upload a copy of your passport and visa. Failure to provide the required documents will result in cancellation of your booking by Flyger Holidays. Flyger Holidays reserves the right to cancel any booking if the necessary documents are not received within the stipulated time frame.
  3. Please provide the Surname and Given Name accurately as per your Passport. After ticket issuance, name change is not possible.
  4. Please check the Country Restriction and Airline Policy before purchasing any instant ticket, i.e., whether a transit visa or an airport transit visa is required based on the passengers' nationality.
  5. Please check the Airline Fare rules - Refundable or Non-refundable & Changeable/Non-changeable before any instant ticket purchase.
  6. Flyger Holidays will not be liable for any improper/Fake document submission by the agent or the passenger which may cause deportation or offload by the concerned airline or the arrival airports.
  7. After instant ticket purchase, Flyger Holidays will not be liable for any passenger mistake regarding Name/Documents/Fare policy/Airline policy/Country restriction.
  8. Passport validity should be over 6 months from the travel date. Flyger Holidays will not be liable if pax are unable to travel due to Passport validity issue.
  9. In case of Long Pax name, Use short form of Given Name and full form of Surname.
  10. In case of Single name passenger, for Biman or Sri Lankan Air- mandatory given name should be - FNU and surname will be the Pax single name as per Passport. For Saudi Airlines, if pax has single name on Passport then Booking should be made as per visa

Flyger Holidays does not issue one way tickets for Air India and Saudi Airlines (labour tickets). We also do not issue any labour tickets to Malaysia & Middle Eastern Countries.

After Payment, your e-ticket will get issued and be sent via email within 24 Hrs during Working Days & 48 Hrs during holidays & Weekends.

Seat selections, once purchased, are non-refundable and non-transferable. The VOID option for your PNR becomes invalid after you pick your seats. Changes to similar seats on the same flight are allowed, subject to airline options. Note that emergency exit seats have specific eligibility criteria. No refunds are provided for seat selections. There is no seat selection option for infants.

Special Note: As per Biman Bangladesh Airlines' Policyfor Umrah visa travel, the ticket must be issued under RBD codes U, A, D, or C, as per BG's conditions. Without this adherence, the passenger will not be permitted to travel using the Umrah visa. Routes areJED, MED, RUH & DMM

Combo Fare:

  • By booking a Combo Fare, which combines flights from different airlines into one itinerary, you agree that each flight is subject to the individual airline's terms and conditions.
  • If any flight in the Combo Fare fails to book or be issued, it will be handled separately, with voids, refunds, and reissues processed according to the specific airline's policies.
  • Flight rates can be changed as per the airlines' policy and depending on availability.
  • Each airline is independently responsible for their flights, and any changes or cancellations must be addressed with the respective airline.
  • Any kind of Refund, Cancellation and/or date change requests will follow the standard airline and Flyger Holidays's policy along with Flyger Holidays's convenience fee.
  • Flyger Holidays users will be eligible to avail the combo fare on all domestic & selected international air tickets purchased through the Flyger Holidays App or website (flygerholidays.com) during the campaign period.
  • Flyger Holidays will not be liable for issues arising from combining flights from different airlines.
  • We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events.
  • Any changes must be made through Flyger Holidays where the Combo Fare was purchased.
  • Flyger Holidays will not be liable for any issues arising at the airport related to immigration clearance or at the boarding pass gate from combining flights from different airlines.

Singapore Airlines TripOns: The Tours mandated with Singapore Airlines are non-refundable. For transit flights, to enjoy TripOn service of choice, a Singapore Visa needs to be ensured.

Hotel

Flyger Holidays offers a wide range of accommodation options including hotels, hostels, serviced apartments, B&Bs, rental rooms, cottages, and more. By booking through Flyger Holidays, you agree to the respective hotel's terms and conditions.

Information Accuracy: All property information displayed on Flyger Holidays is provided by our partners and hoteliers. While we strive to verify all details, Flyger Holidays is not liable for any inaccuracies or misinformation from suppliers. Hoteliers may change room rates at any time, and such updates are reflected based on availability. If you find a room on another platform that's not listed on Flyger Holidays, it simply means we do not have access to those specific room inventories. Hoteliers often list their properties on multiple platforms independently.

Room Ratings: Ratings shown on Flyger Holidays are based on customer reviews shared by suppliers, and may change over time.

Reservation Policy: Illegal use of our platform (including reselling or providing false information) may result in the cancellation of confirmed bookings by Flyger Holidays. In rare cases, if a hotel becomes fully booked but still appears available for booking, Flyger Holidays reserves the right to cancel the reservation and will refund the full amount charged.

Refund & Cancellation: Always check whether a hotel is refundable or non-refundable before making a booking. Refunds for refundable bookings will be processed within 7–10 working days, subject to hotel and bank processing timelines. For any refund, cancellation, or date change requests: Domestic hotels: Email us at bookings@flygerholidays.com, International hotels: Email us at bookings@flygerholidays.com

Special Requests: If you have any special requests or requirements, please inform the accommodation at check-in. While we do our best to communicate your needs, Flyger Holidays cannot guarantee the fulfillment of these requests post-booking. Final decisions rest with the hotelier.

Pricing Transparency: Hotel prices on Flyger Holidays are broken down as separate components: Base fare, Applicable taxes and fees. 'Taxes and Fees' may include government-imposed taxes, service charges, and platform-related fees.

Holiday

Please review the following terms carefully before confirming your holiday booking with Flyger Holidays:

Package Validity: Rates are valid only for the specified travel period and room category mentioned in your selected package. Any change in travel dates or room type will invalidate the quoted rates. Prices do not apply during trade fairs, exhibitions, or special events—a surcharge will be applicable in such cases.

Booking Amendments: Once a booking is confirmed, no amendments will be allowed. This includes: Name changes, Date changes, Hotel or destination changes

Booking Confirmation: By confirming a Flyger Holidays holiday package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the cancellation and refund policies below.

Refund Policy:

  • 15 days or more prior to travel date: 50% refund of the total holiday cost
  • 10 to 14 days prior to travel date: 25% refund of the total holiday cost
  • Less than 5 days prior to travel date: No refund — 100% of the holiday cost is non-refundable

Visa

At Flyger Holidays, we assist with visa processing for all major global destinations. However, for countries where in-person submission is required, we only prepare and process the documents — the client is responsible for embassy interviews or appearances when necessary.

Please note: Visa issuance is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy. Flyger Holidays does not guarantee visa approval.

To improve your chances of securing a visa, we strongly recommend: Providing accurate and complete documentation. Sharing only truthful information. Avoiding omission of any relevant details.

Passport Requirement: Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the intended date of visa application. It is the client's responsibility to ensure passport validity before applying.

Visa Fees & Service Charges: Flyger Holidays charges a total of BDT 4,500 for processing UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Schengen visas (includes service and processing fees). Visa fees and our service charges are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the outcome.

Important Notes on Transit & Airport Transit Visas:

What is a Transit Visa? A transit visa permits you to pass through a country en route to your final destination — often necessary if you have a layover in countries like those in the Schengen Zone, the UK, or the USA.

Examples: Traveling to the USA via Europe? You may need a Schengen Transit Visa. Transiting through London Heathrow? A Direct Airside Transit Visa (DATV) might be required unless you're traveling to the US, Canada, Australia, or Japan with a valid visa. Changing airports (e.g., Heathrow to Gatwick) will require a visa, even during transit.

US Overflights: A US visa is required even if your flight only overflies the USA to or from Canada (and vice versa), depending on nationality.

Transit Zone vs. Leaving the Airport: Inside transit zone: Visa may not be required (depending on nationality). Leaving the transit zone: A transit visa is typically required. Nationals from specific countries (e.g., Iran, Syria, Guinea) always need a transit visa, even if not leaving the transit area.

Transit vs. Transfer Passengers:

  • Transit Passenger: Continue on the same aircraft without rechecking luggage.
  • Transfer Passenger: Switch to a different aircraft or airline; often requires check-in and may require a transit visa.

Always check with your airline if a visa is required during your layover or transfer.

Flight Type Differences:

  • Direct Flight: Same flight number from A to B, may stop in C. No aircraft change.
  • Connecting Flight: Change aircraft in C to get from A to B. Transit visa may be needed.
  • Non-Stop Flight: No stops between A and B. Most convenient, but usually pricier.

Pay Bill

By using the Pay Bill feature on Flyger Holidays, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Bill Payment Responsibility: It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure that the details entered—such as biller name, account number, and payment amount—are accurate. Flyger Holidays will not be held liable for any errors or payment failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user.
  2. Payment Confirmation: A confirmation receipt will be provided upon successful payment. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of the transaction confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation, or notice any error, please contact our customer support immediately.
  3. Bill Payment Eligibility: The Pay Bill service allows you to pay a wide variety of bills including: Electricity, Water, Gas, Internet, Land Tax, And more. However, available billers may vary depending on region or service. Always confirm the biller's presence in the app before initiating a transaction.
  4. Payment Methods: Payments can be made securely via FH Pay or other integrated payment gateways. It is your responsibility to select a secure and appropriate payment method for your transaction.
  5. Payment Security: Flyger Holidays implements strong security measures to protect your transactions. You must also do your part—never share your account credentials, OTPs, or personal information with others.
  6. Payment History: Your transaction history is available within the Flyger Holidays app, offering easy access to previous bill payments and receipts.
  7. Refund & Cancellation Policy: Refunds and cancellations are subject to the policies of the individual biller. Flyger Holidays does not guarantee refunds or cancellations once a payment is processed. For refund or cancellation requests, you must contact the respective biller organization directly.
  8. Technical Issues: Encountering a glitch or issue during payment? Reach out to our customer support team at 13701. We'll do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.
  9. Responsible Usage: Users are expected to use the Pay Bill feature responsibly. Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of terms may result in account suspension or termination.
  10. Modifications to Service: Flyger Holidays reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the Pay Bill feature at any time, without prior notice. All changes take effect immediately upon publication within the application.
  11. Limitation of Liability: Flyger Holidays is not liable for any direct or indirect losses, financial or otherwise, arising from: Use or misuse of the Pay Bill feature, Incorrect user-provided data, Delays or errors by external biller organizations

Shop

  1. Interpretation:

1.1 In these Conditions: "Buyer" refers to the individual purchasing Goods on the Platform. "Partner" is a seller utilizing the Platform and/or Services to sell Goods to Buyers, including Third-Party Vendors. Flyger Holidays may also act as a "Seller" for selected Goods. "Third-Party Vendor" is a seller using the Platform and/or Services to sell Goods to Buyers, excluding Flyger Holidays. "Goods" (or "product") includes goods available for sale on the Platform, comprising any installment of the goods or any related parts. "Services" encompass the use of any services, information, and functions provided by Flyger Holidays on the Platform. "Platform" is the flygerholidays.com website and/or the Flyger Holidays mobile application. "Flyger Holidays" is Flyger Holidays Limited, a company incorporated in Bangladesh, with its registered address at House 28/A1 (1st Floor), Road: Western Rd, Dhaka 1206, Bangladesh. "Flyger Holidays Terms and Conditions" refer to these Terms and Conditions of Sale and all other terms, conditions, and policies related to the use of the Platform and/or the Services. "Conditions" denote these Terms and Conditions of Sale. "Contract" is the agreement formed when a Partner accepts the order placed by the Buyer on the Platform for the purchase of Goods. "Writing" includes electronic mail and any comparable means of communication.

1.2 Any reference in these Conditions to any provision of a statute shall be construed as a reference to that provision as amended, re-enacted, or extended at the relevant time.

1.3 Any references to 'Flyger Holidays' in these Conditions encompass Flyger Holidays's actions, both as a Seller in its own right and/or as the operator of the Platform and/or as the agent of Third-Party Vendors acting as Partners in respect of each Contract.

1.4 The headings in these Conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any terms and conditions.

  1. Basis of the Contract:

2.1 The Platform serves as a venue and opportunity for the transaction of Goods between the Buyer and the Seller, collectively referred to as the 'Parties.' The identity of the Seller, whether Flyger Holidays or a Third-Party Vendor, for a specific Goods listing on the Platform may be indicated on the App/webpage showcasing such Goods.

2.2 In cases where the Buyer has initiated an order on the Platform to purchase Goods from a Third-Party Vendor, and the said Third-Party Vendor has accepted the order, it establishes a Contract directly between the Buyer and the Third-Party Vendor. In such instances, Flyger Holidays is not a party to this Contract or any other agreements between the Buyer and the Third-Party Vendor, assuming no obligations in connection with these Contracts. The Parties involved in these contracts are solely responsible for the agreement, Goods listing, purchase warranty, and related matters.

2.3 Information presented on the Platform regarding Goods supply, including photographs, drawings, and data about delivery extent, appearance, performance, dimensions, weight, consumption of operating materials, and operating costs, provided by Third-Party Vendors through any medium, is non-binding and for informational purposes only. By entering into the Contract, the Buyer acknowledges that they do not rely on such representations or information and waives any claims based on them.

2.4 While the Seller strives for an accurate Goods description, neither Flyger Holidays nor the Seller guarantees the accuracy, currentness, or error-free nature of such descriptions. If the Goods received by the Buyer substantially differ from the described Goods on the Platform, and those initially ordered, Clause 7 of these Conditions will be applicable.

2.5 Any typographical, clerical, or other errors or omissions in quotations, invoices, or other documents or information issued or published by Flyger Holidays on the Platform are subject to correction without imposing any liability on the part of Flyger Holidays.

  1. Orders and Specifications:

3.1 The purchase of Goods by the Buyer is facilitated by completing the order form on the Platform, and the Buyer is accountable for ensuring the accuracy of the order. Seller acceptance of all orders is at their sole discretion. Each accepted order establishes a distinct Contract, considered irrevocable and unconditional upon transmission through the Platform. Flyger Holidays has the right (though not an obligation) to process such orders without additional consent from the Buyer. Nonetheless, the Buyer may request order cancellation or modification, which Flyger Holidays will make a commercially reasonable effort to accommodate, though not obligated to do so.

3.2 The acceptance of an order and the formation of the Contract between the Buyer and the Seller occur when Flyger Holidays issues confirmation of dispatch of the Goods to the Buyer. Flyger Holidays retains the right to refuse or cancel any order without providing reasons to the Buyer before issuing confirmation of dispatch. Flyger Holidays is also entitled to request the Buyer to provide contact and verification information, including address and contact numbers, prior to confirming dispatch.

3.3 The Buyer cannot modify or cancel a concluded Contract without prior written consent from Flyger Holidays. Any such modification or cancellation requires the Buyer to indemnify Flyger Holidays fully against all losses, including loss of profit, costs (including labor and materials), damages, charges, and expenses incurred by Flyger Holidays due to the modification or cancellation, as applicable.

  1. Price:

4.1 The cost of the Goods will be the amount indicated on the Platform when the Buyer completes the order form. This price encompasses any applicable sales tax, service tax, value-added tax, or similar tax that the Buyer is responsible for paying, excluding the delivery fee.

4.2 If there is an incorrect pricing of a Goods on the Platform, the Seller retains the right to cancel the Contract. In such a scenario, the Buyer will receive notification of the cancellation through email or the Flyger Holidays mobile application. The Seller reserves the right to terminate the Contract, even if the Goods have been dispatched, are in transit, or if payment has already been charged to the Buyer.

  1. Terms of Payment:

5.1 The Buyer has the option to utilize various payment methods available on the Platform. Actual payment occurs only when the Seller accepts the Buyer's order, marking the formation of a Contract. All payments are directed to Flyger Holidays, either as the recipient in its own capacity or as an agent for the Seller (in cases where the Seller is a Third-Party Vendor). The Buyer acknowledges that Flyger Holidays is authorized to collect payments on behalf of Third-Party Vendors.

5.2 At Flyger Holidays, we prioritize the security of every credit/debit card, mobile financial service (MFS), or wallet transaction. Our platform implements robust security protocols to ensure a secure payment experience. Before using the service and authorizing payments, please review these Payment Terms.

5.3 Purchase Transparency: When making a purchase on Flyger Holidays, you can review all order details and associated costs before proceeding to the payment page. Our commitment is to provide transparency, and there are no hidden charges that will be added to your invoice after the purchase.

  1. Shipping & Delivery:

6.1 After placing an order, the seller will have 24-48 hours to pack it. Once packed, the order will be ready for delivery. Within Dhaka City, delivery may take 3 to 5 working days, while outside Dhaka, it may take 9-15 days.

6.2 The delivery charges are as per the partner's policy. Please note that the delivery charge may vary based on the weight, model of the product, logistic partner assigned, and/or the specific location. Delivery might be delayed due to force majeure events which include, but are not limited to, political unrest, political event, national/public holidays, etc.

  1. Return, Refund, and Replacement Guidelines:

7.1 Circumstances for Return:

7.1.1 Request a return for purchased Goods in the following scenarios: Defective or damaged Goods upon delivery. Fashion items that do not fit (excluding overseas Sellers). Significant disparities between delivered Goods and the Seller's provided description. Non-compliance with agreed specifications (e.g., incorrect size, color) as per the order. Any other conditions specified by the Seller on the Platform.

7.2 Additional Return Terms: The return process for Purchased Goods may include supplementary terms and conditions specified by Flyger Holidays on the Platform.

7.3 Queries and Complaints: If you have inquiries or concerns: Contact the Seller directly through the Platform. Reach out to Flyger Holidays using the 'Contact Us' page on the Platform.

7.4 Dispute Resolution: Should negotiation with the Seller prove unsuccessful, Flyger Holidays reserves the right to propose and implement a resolution at its discretion.

  1. Termination:

8.1 Buyer-initiated Termination:

8.1.1 The Buyer has the option to terminate the Contract before Goods are dispatched by sending written notice to the Flyger Holidays platform. Once Goods have been dispatched, termination by the Buyer is not applicable; however, the Buyer may proceed with the return process outlined in Clause 7 of these Conditions.

8.2 Seller or Flyger Holidays Termination:

8.2.1 The Seller, or Flyger Holidays acting on behalf of a Third-Party Vendor, reserves the right to take immediate actions and provide notice to the Buyer, without prejudice to termination rights mentioned elsewhere in these Conditions. Such actions may include: Suspending further delivery to the Buyer. Halting Goods in transit. Terminating the Contract.

8.2.2 Grounds for termination may include: Unavailability of Goods under the Contract for any reason. Mispricing of Goods under the Contract on the Platform.

  1. Warranties and Remedies:

10.1 No condition is made or to be implied nor is any warranty given or to be implied as to the life or wear of the Goods supplied or that they will be suitable for any particular purpose or use under any specific conditions, notwithstanding that such purpose or conditions may be known or made known to Flyger Holidays.

10.2 Any description given of the Goods is given by way of identification only and the use of such description shall not constitute a sale by description.

10.3 Flyger Holidays binds itself only to deliver Goods in accordance with the general description under which they were sold, whether or not any special or particular description shall have been given or shall be implied by law. Any such special or particular description shall be taken only as the expression of Flyger Holidays's opinion in that behalf. Flyger Holidays is not liable for any such special or particular description which may have been provided by Third-Party Vendors through. Flyger Holidays does not give any warranty as to the quality state condition or fitness of the Goods.

10.4 Flyger Holidays shall be under no liability for the following measures and actions taken by the Buyer or third parties and the consequences thereof: improper remedy of defects, alteration of the Goods without the prior agreement of Flyger Holidays, addition and insertion of parts, in particular of spare parts which do not come from Flyger Holidays.

10.5 Flyger Holidays shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from unsuitable or improper use, defective installation or commissioning by the Buyer or third parties, fair wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, defective or negligent handling, improper maintenance, excessive load, unsuitable operating materials and replacement materials, poor work, unsuitable foundation, chemical, electro-technical/electronic or electric influences, failure to follow Flyger Holidays's instructions (whether oral or in writing) misuse or alteration or repair of the Goods without Flyger Holidays's approval.

10.6 Flyger Holidays is not liable for any loss, damage or liability of any kind suffered by any third party directly or indirectly caused by repairs or remedial work carried out without Flyger Holidays's prior written approval and the Buyer shall indemnify Flyger Holidays against each loss, liability and cost arising out of such claims.

10.7 Flyger Holidays shall be under no liability under the above warranty (or any other warranty condition or guarantee) if the total price for the Goods has not been paid in cleared funds by the due date for payment.

10.8 Flyger Holidays shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any defect in the Goods arising after the expiry of the Warranty Period.

10.9 Where there is any defect in the quality or condition of the Goods or where the Goods fail to correspond with specification, the Buyer may apply to return the defective and/or damaged Goods to Flyger Holidays or the Seller in exchange for a replacement or a refund in accordance with Sellers's and/or Flyger Holidays's Return Policy (if any).

10.10 Flyger Holidays serves solely as a platform for selling the product and is not liable for warranty claims or related services. Warranty claims are entirely managed by the manufacturer or service provider and their decision will be final as per their policy.

  1. Liability:

11.1 In no event shall Flyger Holidays be liable for loss of profit or goodwill, loss of production or revenue or any type of special indirect or consequential loss whatsoever (including loss or damage suffered by the Buyer as a result of an action brought by a third party) even if such loss were reasonably foreseeable or if Flyger Holidays had been advised by the Buyer of the possibility of incurring the same.

11.2 Notwithstanding any other provision of these Conditions, the Seller's maximum cumulative liability to a Buyer or to any other party for all losses under, arising out of or relating to the sale of Goods under each Contract, shall not exceed the sums that the Buyer paid to the Seller under such Contract.

11.3 If a number of events give rise substantially to the same loss they shall be regarded as giving rise to only one claim under these Conditions.

11.4 No action shall be brought against Flyger Holidays later than 3 months after the date a Buyer became aware of the circumstances giving rise to a claim or the date when he/ she / it ought reasonably to have become aware, and in any event, no later than 3 months after the end of the Warranty Period.

  1. General:

12.1 Force Majeure: Flyger Holidays and the Seller shall not be held liable for non-performance, errors, interruptions, or delays in fulfilling obligations under these Conditions due, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to events or failures beyond Flyger Holidays's or the Seller's reasonable control.

12.2 Communication: Any required or permitted notices between parties under these Conditions shall be in writing. For Flyger Holidays, it should be directed to its registered office or principal place of business. For the Buyer, it should be sent to the address specified in the relevant order, the Buyer's provided email address, or through the Flyger Holidays mobile application.

12.3 Incoterms Interpretation: Terms or expressions defined by the International Commercial Terms published by the International Chamber of Commerce will hold the same meaning in these Conditions. In case of conflict between Incoterms and these Conditions, the latter shall prevail.

12.4 Waiver and Enforcement: No waiver by Flyger Holidays of any breach shall be deemed a waiver of subsequent breaches. Flyger Holidays's failure to enforce these Conditions does not constitute a waiver, and such failure does not impact Flyger Holidays's right to enforce these Conditions later.

12.5 Severability: If any provision is deemed illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of other provisions. The remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

12.6 Third-Party Rights: No third party, including employees, agents, or representatives, has the right to enforce any terms of the Contract without express prior written agreement referring to Clause 3.3 of these Conditions.

12.7 Governing Law: The Contract is governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

12.8 Dispute Resolution: For Contracts with Third-Party Vendors, the Buyer must exhaust legal avenues against the Vendor before bringing a claim against Flyger Holidays. Disputes shall be settled through arbitration under the Rules for Arbitration of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) in Kuala Lumpur. Flyger Holidays may initiate court proceedings for intellectual property protection or breach.

12.9 Variations to Conditions: Flyger Holidays may modify these Conditions with notice through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the specified date implies acceptance. Non-acceptance requires termination of these Terms and Conditions.

12.10 Correction of Errors: Typographical, clerical, or other errors on the Seller's part are subject to correction without liability.

12.11 Language Versions: In case of any language disparities, the English language version of these Conditions governs and takes precedence over any Foreign Language Version.

12.12 Entire Agreement: These Conditions constitute the entire agreement, superseding all prior understandings and agreements between the Buyer and the Seller.

12.13 Delegation of Functions: Flyger Holidays reserves the right to delegate or subcontract functions and may engage service providers, subcontractors, and/or agents as deemed appropriate.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TRIPCOINS IN ORDER TO BE ENTITLED AND AVAIL VARIOUS OFFERS, DISCOUNTS, PRIVILEGES (LOYALTY BENEFITS) FOR USING FLYGER HOLIDAYS APPLICATION AND WEBSITE.

Eligibility: In order to participate as a Program Member (defined below) in the Program, you must have an active account in Flyger Holidays Application and therefore must comply with the requirements of such account as contained in the general terms and conditions. You cannot share memberships or have multiple memberships and also cannot transfer, merge or otherwise delegate any Coin you may earn.

Earning Coins: For a successful online transaction (Digital Payment), you will earn 0.1% of Base Fare BDT when using Flyger Holidays services (Flight/Hotel/Visa). Coins are earned at the time an eligible Flyger Holidays service (Flight/Hotel/Visa) transaction is processed by Flyger Holidays against your payment method for the successful online transaction. Coins you have earned cannot be converted into cash value. Redeemable Coins and Level Coins are earned concurrently, however, there may be some actions or other types of transactions that only accrue one type of Coin and will be subject to any additional terms set forth in such promotional offer.

Redemption of Earned Coins in Purchasing Deals: The Earned Coins can be redeemed by using the same for purchasing any service (Flight/Hotel/Visa) offered by Flyger Holidays from time to time. While booking a Flyger Holidays service, you can redeem. Unused Earned Coins will expire after three months from the date of earning. There is a flat limit on every purchase, meaning you can only redeem 0.1% of your trip coins.

Validity and Expiration of TripCoin: Coins will expire and reset to a new number every three-month. Coins are non-transferrable and expire every three month

Program Changes and Termination: Flyger Holidays reserve the right to change or terminate the Program, or any part thereof, at any time without notice and without further obligations to Program Members, including, but not limited to modifications which: a) govern how Coins are earned on and after the date of change; or b) change the value of rewards. No Coins will be earned or redeemed after the effective date of termination. Any and all changes and/or amendments to these Program Terms will become binding upon all members immediately.

Interpretation of Program Terms: All interpretations of these Program Terms will be at Flyger Holidays's sole discretion and Flyger Holidays's decisions will be final.

Online EMI

Only Flight tickets and Shop products purchased are eligible for Online EMI.

The EMI facility can be availed when the payable amount is equal to or exceeds BDT 5,000.

To access the EMI facility, only eligible credit cards from selected banks must be used.

Depending on your card-issuing bank, you can choose a tenure of up to 24 months.

The instalment may take 5-7 working days to appear on your credit card, depending on your bank.

If you submit an EMI application before one or two days of your billing or statement generation date, please be aware that there's a high chance the EMI might not be reflected.

The bank may reject the EMI if it deems you ineligible for the instalment plan.

The entire amount will be temporarily blocked upon completing the transaction until all instalment repayments are finalized.

Depending on the chosen tenure, a minimal non-refundable service fee, known as the Convenience Fee, may apply.

Flyger Holidays will adhere to the policy of the bank or payment service provider to address and resolve any issues.

Bank Transfer

By choosing to pay through Bank Transfer on Flyger Holidays's website, mobile app, users agree to these terms and conditions.

Bank Transfer Option will only be available during 10:00 AM to 11:59 PM. If a booking is made during the allocated time, but the user tries to retry payment outside the time frame, in that case, he has to cancel the booking and try with another payment method.

Bank Transfer Module will be available only on Business days (Sunday-Thursday), which excludes public holidays, weekends, etc.

Only Bank Transfers made through NPSB or RTGS, or the same Bank to Bank will be accepted.

A Bank Transfer means a direct payment made from the user's bank account to Flyger Holidays's official bank account

Upon selecting this option, the landing page will include and display all the official bank details.

Users must complete their transfer and share their transaction details within 20 Minutes on the payment page.

Users are encouraged to upload transaction slip or screenshot for the verification process.

The correct booking/reference ID must be included in the payment remarks to ensure proper identification and confirmation.

Flyger Holidays will verify received payments within 1–2 business hours during working hours.

Booking confirmation will be issued only after successful verification of the payment.

If payment is not received within the specified timeframe, Flyger Holidays reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice.

Flyger Holidays is not responsible for delays, failed transfers, or additional fees caused by the user's bank.

If funds are debited from the user's account but not received by Flyger Holidays, the users must contact their respective banks to resolve the issue.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only after payment verification and will be made to the same bank account used for payment.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the user's bank, typically taking 5–10 business days.

Users must ensure payments are made only to Flyger Holidays's official bank accounts displayed on its platforms.

Flyger Holidays will not be liable for payments made to unauthorized or third-party accounts.

The company may request proof of payment or identity verification before confirming or refunding any transaction.

If a user want to void the booking and transaction, the payment will be voided within the next Business Day

General Terms

Services offered to you through our app or website or any of our representatives are only applicable for personal and non-commercial use. You are not allowed to sell, resell, copy, or reproduce any services obtained by us unless you have a B2B partnership with us.

You are also agreeing not to: Use the contents of this app anywhere else. Make any false or fraudulent reservation. Copy any part of this app without proper permission.

If Flyger Holidays finds any suspicious, or fraudulent booking, booked under a false name, we reserve the right to cancel the booking immediately and block the email, the phone number that is associated with that particular account from our app or website. Flyger Holidays reserves the right to take legal action if needed, in case of any fraudulent activity. If you think your account has been blocked by any mistake, we request you to contact our customer service with proper verifiable documents.

Flyger Holidays honours your privacy. Please check our current Privacy Policy to understand how we use and process your personal data.

Flyger Holidays reserve the right to refuse user for a service, if: The user breaches any of the terms and conditions. Flyger Holidays is unable to verify any information provided by the user. Flyger Holidays believes that the user's actions may violate any third party rights or breach any other applicable law.

If Flyger Holidays has reasons to believe that the user-provided any incorrect information, Flyger Holidays in its sole and absolute discretion reserves the right to cancel the booking and take any further legal action against the user. In such cases, Flyger Holidays shall not be responsible for any monetary damage caused to the user.

You should be aware that there are certain things that Flyger Holidays Ltd will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Flyger Holidays Ltd cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don't have access to Wi-Fi, and you don't have any of your data allowance left.

If you're using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the app, you're accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you're using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.

Along the same lines, Flyger Holidays Ltd is not responsible for the way you use the app. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can't turn it on to avail of the Service, Flyger Holidays Ltd is not responsible. Bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you.

BY USING THE APP, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT FLYGER HOLIDAYS LTD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, INCLUDING SERIOUS BODILY INJURY OR LOSS OF LIFE, THAT RESULTS DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android and iOS – the requirements for both systems (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you'll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Flyger Holidays Ltd does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the iOS/Android version that you have installed on your device. We may also wish to stop providing the app and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

Ancillary Services: In order to ensure your ancillary services such as Travel Insurance, Baggage Protection, etc. Flyger Holidays will provide customer's certain information such as Name, Email Address, Phone No, PNR No, Booking Code, Travel Date and Time, Flight no, etc. to the service provider.

16. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
